CLASSIFIED AD PLACEMENTS
Acorn Gifts Inc. (AG Inc.) offers free classified ad placements through our websites. savfree.com and ehomeprofiles.com, by using these services, you agree and are bound to these terms and conditions.
All classified ads placed at www.ehomeprofiles.com must be related to real estate services or to the real estate industry. These ads are available to real estate agents, real estate agencies, mortgage agents, home inspectors, appraisers, home improvement services, home builders, landscaping companies, home warranty services among other real estate related services.
We reserve the right to remove any ad that we consider in violation of these terms and conditions, any ad NOT related to the real estate industry.
We also provide free classified ads at our Savfree.com website. All ads placed at savfree.com must be to advertise or promote legal services or products. The following content is not allowed: Adult content, sexual services, illegal substances or products, illegal services, racial content, profanity or offensive language or any type of indecent ad or offensive message.
We reserve the right to remove any ad that we consider in violation of these terms and conditions, any duplicated ad, or any ad that we do not want to promote on our websites without previous notice.
By using our free classified ad service on savfree.com or ehomeprofiles.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
AG Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit and debit cards and Paypal payments.
As per these terms and conditions all monthly fees for service accounts (including hosting, web design, advertising, property profile hosting, etc) are due on the first day of every month. Hosting and advertising services will be prorated at the time the account is setup.
For instance: if you signup for our Service Provider profile advertising on April 16th, your ad payment for the month of April will be prorated for the amounts of days you use the service during that month (from the 16th to the 30th of that month= 15 days of service) if the monthly fee for that service is $20.00/ month and you will be charge $10.00 on the 16th of April and $20.00 (the full amount) on the first of May and every month thereafter to pay for the service in advanced.
All service accounts have a ten (10) day grace payment period. If your payment has not been received by the 10th of the month, we reserve the right to cancel or deactivate your service without previous notice.

All prices are posted in US dollars, and the shipping information (if applicable) is intended for shipping in the continental United States only. U.S. Territories and International customers should provide their e-mail address, and phone number in order to contact them with the actual shipping charges prior to shipping.

You represent and guarantee that YOU are at least eighteen (18) years old. YOU expressly agree that your use of this website and any of its components are at your sole risk, and that you voluntarily assume that risk. Acorn Gifts, Inc. websites and all of their components are provided as an “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind (*Except Products with Manufacturer Warranty), either express or implied, unless such warranties are legally incapable of exclusion.
Your purchase of any of the products and services through this website indicates your acceptance of the terms stated herein.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
AG Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
Customers may cancel at any time by sending a written letter to our customer service. AG Inc. gives you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on managed or bundle hosting; charges for website design after the website had been designed as requested and the design has been approved by the clients ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the period expires. Any request for a refund outside of the initial 30 day period will be given on a prorated basis from when the refund was requested, if the account is eligible for a refund. Refunds are determined by the Cancellation agents at the time the account is canceled.
The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account:

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, and save Acorn Gifts Inc. and its websites harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Acorn Gifts Inc., its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Acorn Gifts Inc. against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Acorn Gifts Inc; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Acorn Gifts Incorporated’s server.
ARBITRATION
By using any Acorn Gifts Inc.services (through this or any of our websites) you agree to submit to binding arbitration. If any disputes or claims arise against Acorn Gifts Inc. or its subsidiaries, such disputes will be handled by an arbitrator of Acorn Gifts Inc.’s choice. An arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association or the National Arbitration Forum will be selected in the state of North Carolina. Arbitrators shall be attorneys or retired judges and shall be selected pursuant to the applicable rules. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator will be binding and final. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding on all parties. The Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state arbitration law, governs all arbitration under this Arbitration Clause. You are also responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.

Acorn Gifts Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Acorn Gifts Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Acorn Gifts Inc. disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Acorn Gifts Inc. and its employees.
DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
Acorn Gifts Inc. may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
